Safety Guardians

Workplace safety, turned into a game

The Brief

Safety training that actually feels like a game.

Safety Guardians takes something companies usually deliver as a dry slideshow — workplace-safety training — and turns it into a real game. Instead of clicking through a checklist, players are dropped into hazard-filled facilities and have to think and act safely to get through.

It's a serious game with a purpose: without ever feeling like a lecture, it sharpens players' instincts for safety on the job. Park the forklift where it belongs, gear up in the right protective equipment, deal with spills and hazards — every task quietly trains the habits that keep people safe in the real world. Wrapping it all is an engaging story that gives you a reason to keep going.

And because pure training rarely holds attention for long, the facilities have a threat crawling through them: the blindcrawlers — creeping, zombie-like creatures you have to fend off as you work. It's the twist that turns a safety briefing into something with a pulse, and the reason players actually remember the lesson.

Full development, from scratch to store

Safety Guardians was created as a work-for-hire project — and we were involved right across its development, from the earliest prototype all the way to a finished product live on three platforms. Concept, gameplay, 3D worlds and polish: we helped carry it from a blank page to a published title that a company now rolls out to its own people. If you're looking for a partner who can take a game the whole distance and actually ship it, this is exactly the kind of work we do.
