The Story

48 hours. One shopping list. No mercy.

Supermarket Crash is what happens when you lock the crew in a room for a weekend and tell them to make something loud. Built from scratch at Global Game Jam 2026, it's a fast, funny couch brawl about the most competitive grocery run of your life.

Everyone gets the same shopping list. The goal is simple: be the first to grab every item and make it to the checkout. The catch is that your rivals want the exact same things — so the aisles become a battlefield of shoves, steals and last-second snatches. Snag the milk out of someone's cart, block the frozen aisle, and sprint for the finish while it all descends into beautiful chaos.

Game jams are where we let loose and try wild ideas fast, and this one is pure local-multiplayer joy — best played on one couch with friends yelling at each other. Rough edges and all, it's exactly the kind of spontaneous fun we love to make.
